Faces Not Numbers is a long term photography project documenting automotive workers and the condition of the automotive industry in the United States.
As a second generation auto worker who spent ten years working for Ford Motor Company in both Detroit and Chicago, I feel very strongly about this project and what it means to our country and it's work force.
It is about our past, present and future. It is about strength, hope and the courage to fight.
